Shiraz grown on Maluna soil (ancient red volcanic soil over 300 million years old) on the highest elevated vineyard in the Hunter Valley. Deep purple in colour, aromas of cherries and plum. Benefiting from a cooler microclimate the palate is intense with black cherry & raspberry and finishes with soft tannins.
